Luca "LazyLegz" Patuelli, born in Canada and raised in Maryland, is making more moves then ever these days. Although Luca was born with Arthrogryposis (multiplex congenital), a muscle disorder that limits motion in the joints, he has already overcome what was deemed impossible. He was very fortunate to only have this condition in his legs because the rare disorder has been known affect the whole body. Luca says he uses his crutches just like we use shoes; "They are an accessory and not a necessity." Aside from swimming, diving, skiing, skateboarding, sailing, driving and his new adopted lifestyle of break dancing, Luca enjoys visiting children hospitals and schools telling his own story of determination and optimism. He believes that everyone can be an inspiration to him, since we all learn from one another

	Luca has had the opportunity to compete and perform across North America in cities such as Washington DC, Montreal, Los Angeles, Toronto, New York, Ottawa, and Orlando just to name a few. Some of the competitions he was in were the Freestyle Sessions 8, City vs. City 5, Evolution 2, War is War, and many more. He also has had the opportunity to perform on stage with world-renowned artists such as Kanye West, Talib Kweli, K-0S, and The Nappy Roots. Now Luca spends most of his time visiting Colleges, schools, hospitals and organizations performing and speaking about overcoming obstacles and never giving up. He recently appeared on the Today Show, and MSN home page received over 50,000 hits after his TV appearance.
